Holiday in Goa – Land of Most Beautiful Sunsets

We went for a week-long December vacation to Goa. It has been our December tradition for three years now to go to a place with sun, sea and sand. This year it was Goa. Sunset at Anjuna,

Homemade Gnocchi with Peas

Homemade Gnocchi with Peas

Is it been ages since I wrote here! Yes I think! It is not that I haven’t been cooking. It has been a festive season here since past couple of months and I have been cooking a lot. A Lot. But wasn’t getting any time

Gennaro Contaldo’s Gnocchi

Gennaro Contaldo’s Gnocchi

I love gnocchi because it is probably the only pasta that can be made at home, effortlessly. Especially if, just like me, you do not own a pasta machine. Being a mother to a toddler, I have come to appreciate gnocchi all the more. Gnocchi

Easy Breezy Baked Eggs for Weekend Breakfast

The weekdays pass away with all sorts of mundaneness. One of them being cooking the ordinary and quick-fix kind of food. But come Friday, I find myself enthusiastic. My Friday mornings are spent in planning what all will I cook through the weekend. My Friday

Mushroom Lasagne With Tomato Cream Sauce

I was mesmerized by the mushroom lasagna with tomato cream sauce I had at Barley & Grapes Cafe (Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore, India) and was desperate to recreate it at home. Wreck It Ralph’s Influence on Little B

My two and a half-year-old daughter is obsessed with ‘Wreck it Ralph‘ at the moment. She loved wrecking, she loves fixing. How she complements me “Ma you one dynamite gal.”

Jamie Oliver’s Aubergine (Eggplant) Lasagne

Jamie Oliver’s Aubergine (Eggplant) Lasagne

I have already made my love and my bias for Jamie Oliver‘s recipes quite evident. Here’s another one from his website: I remember whenever I went out to eat Italian, I wanted to try lasagne. The concept of layers and cheese and sauce stuffed inside
